1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Salon Loyalty System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by NH Web Agency.
2. Use License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Salon Loyalty System for your business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NH Web Agency cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Payment and Subscription
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your selected plan.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NH Web Agency be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
